IP IN ZAMBIA
Intellectual property Rights provisions may differ from country to country.
In Zambia, the Company tasked with IP and related rights protection is the Patents and Companies Registration Agency (PACRA).
PACRA provides for registration and protection mode of the various types of IP Rights.
The protection in Zambia is provided for in the different Acts of Parliament (Statutes) and International Conventions that Zambia is a party to. (See links below)
